Purpose:

Vulcanizing agent

When vulcanizing synthetic rubber with peroxide, using TMPTMA can improve corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and hardness. The heat resistance of TMPTMA during mixing has a plasticizing effect, while the original hardening effect of vulcanization can be used for NBR, EPDM, and acrylic rubber.

crosslinking agent

TMPTMA can reduce Radiation exposure, shorten radiation time, improve cross-linking density, and has the characteristics of low precision, high cross-linking degree, low steam pressure and fast curing speed. It can be used for UV curable inks and photopolymerization materials.

PVC

Blended into the molding of all PVC solutions used for car body sealing and sealing agents. For example: 100 portions of PVC, 60 portions of DOP, 2-4 portions of stabilizer, 0.02-0.6 portions of Organic peroxides, and 5-30 portions of TMPTMA

Wire coating materials

Recommended dosage:

When using general rubber as a crosslinking agent (bridging agent), it is recommended to add 2-4PHR

It is recommended to add 0.5-1.0 PHR in EVA foam products

In high hardness products, it is recommended to add 10-20PHR

Storage and transportation: The storage temperature is 16-27 ℃, avoiding direct sunlight. Avoid contact with oxidants and free radicals. Dark colored PE drums can be used for storage, and a certain space should be left in the container to meet the oxygen needs of the polymerization inhibitor. The best results are achieved within six months of use. Transport as non hazardous materials
